North Royalty & Streaming is a made-up royalty and streaming company. It doesn't operate mines: it pays up front for a share of other companies' production.

In the model, a Stream references its streamer, its operator and the mine, while a royalty has no key and lives inside a property or an agreement. The ModelTour explains why.
